Cancellation Policy
At Forbidden Glow Aesthetics, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure fairness to all clients and protect our schedule, we require the following:
• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a 50% service charge.
• Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
Late Arrivals:
Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may need to shorten or reschedule their service and may still be subject to cancellation fees.
Deposits & Payments:
A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your service total.
